All kinds of plants and animals and other natural products extraction:

 Continuous countercurrent extraction unit realises complete set of electromechanical integration and is fully automatic. The whole set is composed of feeding mechanism, solvent heat exchange device, extraction pipe section, liquid residue separator, slag remover, juice squeezer and so on. According to the need can be supplemented with ultrasonic extraction.
1) the whole set of unit automation system is a continuous process, controlled by industrial control machine, including the following:
  Material quantitative transport and control;
  Extraction solvent flow and heat exchange temperature control;
  Extraction process heating and constant temperature control;
  CIP in-situ cleaning control;

2)Auxiliary mechanism of the whole set
  Material quantitative conveying device;
  Residue treatment system: composed of residue squeezer, dryer, organic solvent recovery condenser and storage tank, and residue conveyor, etc., as required;
  Online flushing system;

Applications

1)To achieve the whole process of closed continuous production
  Significantly improve production efficiency and unit capacity.
  Simple operation, only need up to 2 operating staff, reduce labour intensity, save production expenditure costs.

2)Extraction under countercurrent conditions
  Reduce the amount of extraction solvent, is 1/2-1/3 of the traditional extraction method, reduce the workload of the back channel filtration, separation, concentration, energy saving, reduce production costs.
  The contact between solvent and material is sufficient, and the extraction rate is increased by 5-20%.

3)Equipped with automatic dregs discharge device
  Solve the problem that it is not easy for the dregs to come out of the extraction tank, avoiding artificial cleaning and unsafe factors.

4)Supporting dregs drying machine or solvent drying and recycling system.
  After drying the dregs of the liquid content of 50-70%, improve the yield, reduce waste.
  Squeeze the dried dregs into the dryer, the residual solvent evaporation, into the condenser recycling reuse, reducing the waste of solvents, improve economic efficiency, and is conducive to environmental protection.

5)It can make the ultrasonic extraction technology play completely
  Extraction time is significantly shortened, about 1/5-1/20 of conventional extraction;
  Extraction temperature is reduced by 20-30 ℃, which is conducive to the extraction of heat-sensitive drug components, reduce the content of impurities, reduce energy consumption.

Structure and Components

Continuous countercurrent extraction unit realises complete set of electromechanical integration and is fully automatic. The whole set is composed of feeding mechanism, solvent heat exchange device, extraction tube section, liquid-slag separator, slag extractor, juice squeezer and so on. According to the different solvents, it is divided into U-type extractor and pipeline extractor, which can be supplemented with ultrasonic extraction according to the needs; the built-in spiral propulsion structure of the extraction pipe section can be designed as a single spiral mixing or double spiral mixing propeller according to the different material characteristics; the thermostatic jacket is made of high-quality SUS304 honeycomb plate, and the outer part of the jacket is insulated with PU or glass wool, and the outer part is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which makes the whole machine hygienic and beautiful.
