Pressure Spray technology accelerates materials through a high pressure pump to a high speed rotating liquid film, which splits into fine droplets through the nozzle, making it suitable for food processing scenarios that are highly viscous, contain particles, or have low thermal sensitivity.
Core applications include:
High-viscosity material handling: concentrated milk Concentrated fruit juices, syrups, peanut butter, etc. High-pressure shear overcomes viscous resistance to achieve effective atomization. Typical products include instant tea powder, sauce powder, taking into account the flavor retention and particle controllability.
Processing of granular materials: By optimizing the nozzle aperture (0.5-2.0mm) and pressure, it can process jams with pulp, dietary fiber punch, etc. to ensure particle dispersion and spray stability, such as fruit orange powder with pulp preservation.
Drying of less heat-sensitive materials: for spices, plant extracts, etc., to reduce thermal damage by controlling the inlet air temperature (150-250 ℃), such as chili powder, tea polyphenol drying.
